Apply online today to see if you meet our minimum qualifications. Age, education, health & ability to legally work in the U.S. are all considerations.

After we receive your online application and it has been approved we will contact you to schedule your first appointment.

At your first appointment we will go over the donor application and you will be asked to collect your first semen specimen in a private collection room.

After your initial appointment, the laboratory results from your specimen and donor application will be reviewed. We will contact you in about three days with the results and let you know if you're qualified to be a donor.

During the conditional qualification period you will be asked to make several appointments including a physical exam, infectious disease screening and donor profile meeting in which we will build your anonymous donor profile. During this phase you will be able to make semen donations and will be compensated for all acceptable donations. All laboratory testing and infectious disease testing is free of charge to you and all personally identifying information collected is strictly confidential and is never released without your written consent.

Congratulations! You are now a qualified donor and can donate 2-3 times per week on your own schedule at our lab. You will be compensated for each acceptable donation.

After approximately six months of regular donations we will phase you into a retired donor status. Six months after your last donation you will be required to return for follow up infectious disease testing. Final compensation is provided at the last visit.
